Josh began his recruiting career in 2015 within the healthcare industry, predominately focusing on Surgical Sub-Specialties and Orthopedic Surgery. He preaches the importance of forming honest and long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. As he steps into the Legal Recruiting industry, those interests and passions, along with his daily dedication, will make partnering with him an enjoyable experience.

Originally hailing from Connecticut with stops in Cincinnati and Philadelphia, Josh has called South Florida home for the last 8 years. He graduated from Xavier University in 2013 with a degree in Sports Marketing.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at the pool or beach or watching whatever big game is on TV, especially the Boston Red Sox and NY Giants!

AJ Barbar joined Legacy Staffing Associates in January 2021, after a distinguished career as a professional swimmer. AJ was a high school All-American swimmer, 4-time NAIA National Champion, and 13-time All-American in college. He turned pro in 2015 and swam for the Lebanese National Team in 4 World Championships, 2 Asian Games, and most notably, the 2016 Olympic Games.

In his spare time AJ enjoys exercising, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family in Boca Raton.  He also manages to find time to get back into the pool and even coach young, aspiring high school swimmers.  AJ is a proven competitor who brings his dedication and industriousness to legal recruitment.  

Darren Beauvoir started his career in recruitment in 2013.  Given his passion for not only recruitment but also the legal field, Darren brings a unique perspective to Legacy Staffing Associates.  Additionally, Darren completed the LSAT and was a former Pre-Law Society Member while completing his degree in Political Science at University of North Florida.

In previous roles, Darren developed and groomed recruiters as an in-house Talent Development Specialist for multiple healthcare recruitment companies.  Darren strives to make a significant impact on his candidates' careers through his consultative approach.  He has a passion for developing strong relationships, and he is an advocate for his candidates and clients alike.

Darren is a South Florida native who enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Casey Constant joins Legacy Staffing Associates as an ambitious Legal Recruiter. Originally from Largo, Florida, Casey moved to western Michigan where he graduated from Alma College with a degree in Marketing.

While at Alma College, Casey was a 4-year athlete and captain of the Men's Basketball Team. He also held an internship as a Financial Representative with Northwestern Mutual where he built enduring relationships. Returning to his home state, Casey is excited to expand his knowledge within recruitment.

In his free time, Casey enjoys playing basketball, golf, and spending time with his friends, family, and dogs.

Alexis Errante is originally from the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and has spent the past nine years as a South Florida resident. She has also spent time living in England and Germany. Alexis graduated from Roanoke College in 2014 and built a successful career in Training and Development in the auto industry and in Real Estate. Alexis is known professionally for her strong work ethic, positive attitude, and creative solutions to challenges.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and daughter, snuggling with her two dogs, and practicing yoga. What she loves most about being a recruiter is that she can meet new people and utilize her passion for helping others find their dream jobs.

Chase Perry joins Legacy Staffing Associates as an ambitious Legal Recruiter! Born and raised in South Florida, Chase graduated from The University of Central Florida in 2022 with a degree in Business Management along with a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

During his time at UCF, Chase was the Treasurer and Recruitment Chair for his fraternity which raised over $45,000 for the Military Heroes Campaign. He also held internships in healthcare recruitment as well as with a marketing company in the stock video industry. Eager to get into the legal recruitment industry, Chase is ready to use his knowledge and experience to contribute in every way he can.

In his free time, Chase enjoys spending time with his family and friends at the beach, golfing, snowboarding, and traveling.

Steve Westbay graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University.  His professional career began in hospitality and retail management where he enjoyed his time mentoring and assisting team members with their own personal and professional growth.

Since 2015, Steve has been involved in recruitment at a high level.  His journey began within the healthcare space and has since shifted into legal.  What Steve enjoys the most is working with people, identifying and providing great options that work for all parties involved, including his clients. Steve was born in New York and grew up in South Florida.  During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and son Colin. He enjoys playing baseball (even if it is a video game) and other sports with Colin, as well as cars and doing home projects.
